A corporate action is an event initiated by a public company that affects the securities (equity or debt) issued by the company. Corporate actions include consolidation, split, rights offering, and any other event which materially affects or may materially affect the shares’ price (including material company announcements, takeovers, mergers, insolvency etc.). Upon the occurrence of a Corporate Action in a specific share, FXORO Global shall liquidate any open position(s) and remove any limit order(s) in the CFD which quotes the specific share.
